We are looking for a leader to run the business analysis function — setting standards for requirements, elicitation, and analysis, and guiding a team of business analysts to translate business needs into clear, deliverable specifications.
We are looking for a leader to run the business analysis function — setting standards for requirements, elicitation, and analysis, and guiding a team of business analysts to translate business needs into clear, deliverable specifications. Business analysis is a discipline of synthesis, judgment, and facilitated decision-making — not a documentation function — and that discipline is exactly what AI-driven development depends on to succeed.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is that BAs are moving from requirements *creator* to requirements *steward*: generative tools draft BRDs and user stories in seconds, but the output is only as good as the framing behind it, so the lead's team spends more time validating AI drafts, precisely framing problems, and handling AI governance. Increasingly the function also identifies and prioritizes agentic-AI automation opportunities and designs human-in-the-loop workflows.
The value this person brings is high-quality, well-governed business analysis that reduces delivery rework and aligns solutions to real needs — and a team positioned as the judgment layer that makes AI-driven delivery succeed.
We are seeking a clear communicator and strong stakeholder facilitator who brings structured, detail-oriented analysis, owns the thinking and the outcome, and bridges business and technical worlds. They mentor analysts and set the standard for how AI is used responsibly in analysis.
This is a lead profile that partners across business analysts, product, delivery, engineering, and stakeholders. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want raises analysis quality across the board.
A strong candidate for this role has set BA standards and guided a team to deliver clear, testable requirements — someone who has bridged stakeholders and delivery, reduced rework from ambiguity, and started stewarding AI-drafted analysis. They bring judgment, synthesis, and facilitation, not just documentation.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a BA leader fluent in elicitation, modeling, and traceability who sets standards others follow, and who leads the team's shift to stewarding AI-assisted analysis while owning validation and governance.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
