We are looking for a Change Manager to own the organizational side of change — ensuring that new or improved processes and systems are adopted, that people are brought along, and that the intended benefits are actually realized and sustained.
We are looking for a Change Manager to own the organizational side of change — ensuring that new or improved processes and systems are adopted, that people are brought along, and that the intended benefits are actually realized and sustained. Where process engineers and delivery teams build the new state, the Change Manager makes it stick: planning the change, managing stakeholders and communications, preparing and training affected teams, and stabilizing the organization through transition.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is managing AI-augmented change. As organizations introduce AI-enabled workflows and agentic automation, the hardest part is rarely the technology — it is the adoption, trust, and ways-of-working change around it. The Change Manager pairs disciplined change frameworks with a clear-eyed view of how AI shifts roles and tasks, managing that human transition as carefully as the technical one.
The value this person brings is adoption that holds — change that is accepted, embedded, and delivering measurable benefit rather than reverting after go-live.
We are seeking an empathetic, persuasive change professional who plans structurally and keeps a relentless focus on adoption and outcomes. They are a strong communicator who builds trust across levels, anticipates resistance, and sees change through from readiness to stabilization.
This is a senior profile that partners across business units, delivery and process teams, training, HR, and leadership. It suits someone open to a hybrid engagement with on-site presence during roll-out and transition, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want makes change stick.
A strong candidate for this role has driven change to real adoption — someone who has planned and led change on significant process or system programs, managed stakeholders through resistance, and stabilized the new state so benefits were realized.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a change professional who is fluent in structured change and transition management, drives adoption and benefit realization, and can manage the human change that AI-augmented ways of working demand.

Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
