We are looking for a senior/lead professional across process engineering, implementation, roll-out, and change / business-process / transition analysis — analyzing, designing, and helping implement improved processes and system changes, and supporting the organizational change that accompanies them.
We are looking for a senior/lead professional across process engineering, implementation, roll-out, and change / business-process / transition analysis — analyzing, designing, and helping implement improved processes and system changes, and supporting the organizational change that accompanies them. The role is hands-on in analysis and implementation while providing lead-level coordination on smaller initiatives.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is analyzing and supporting AI-augmented process change: using AI-enabled analytics to reduce waste and cycle time and identifying where agentic automation fits, while keeping the disciplined, human-centric framework that makes improvement stick.
The value this person brings is well-analyzed, successfully implemented process and system change — increasingly involving AI-augmented workflows, supported through to adoption.
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, supportive change partner who documents and communicates clearly and stays adaptable during roll-outs. They connect process analysis to real adoption.
This is a senior / lead profile that partners across business units, delivery, process teams, and training. It suits someone open to a hybrid engagement with on-site presence for roll-out / transition, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want supports change effectively.
A strong candidate for this role has analyzed and helped implement process/system change and supported adoption — someone who has assessed change impact, benchmarked performance, and coordinated across teams. They bring an openness to spotting where agentic automation fits.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see someone fluent in process analysis, implementation support, and change-impact analysis who documents clearly, and who can spot sensible agentic-automation opportunities.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
