We are looking for a leader to run the analysis of systems and their interactions — translating business requirements into technical system specifications, data flows, and integration designs, and guiding a team of systems analysts. The systems analyst is a translation engine: business intent goes in, implementable system behavior comes out, validated to still make sense when real data, users, and constraints show up.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is that AI automates the lower-skill tasks — documentation and requirements drafting — pushing the role toward higher-judgment work like stakeholder negotiation, integration design, and architectural decisions. Understanding how systems and processes actually work and designing solutions that fit the organizational context requires judgment that documentation generation cannot provide.
The value this person brings is precise, feasible systems specifications that reduce delivery risk — and a team that carries meaning accurately across business and engineering, increasingly AI-accelerated.
We are seeking a precise, structured technical thinker who bridges business and engineering, writes clear specifications, and produces a single, testable story both sides can follow. They mentor analysts and keep specifications accurate and feasible.
This is a lead profile that partners across systems analysts, engineering, BA, architecture, and business. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want translates reality into buildable systems and back again.
A strong candidate for this role has led systems analysis and produced precise, feasible specifications — someone who has designed data flows and integrations, surfaced the real business outcome behind requests, and guided analysts. They bring an openness to AI-accelerated documentation with owned accuracy.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a systems-analysis leader fluent in specification, data-flow, and integration modeling who keeps designs feasible, and who uses AI to accelerate documentation while owning accuracy and architectural judgment.

These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
