We are looking for a lead UI/UX designer to own design strategy and direction across products — leading UX research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and post-launch optimization, and governing the design system so visual and interaction consistency holds across the portfolio.
We are looking for a lead UI/UX designer to own design strategy and direction across products — leading UX research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and post-launch optimization, and governing the design system so visual and interaction consistency holds across the portfolio. This is a lead role that sets the design bar, mentors designers, and partners across product, engineering, and AI/ML to ship experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is designing for AI-native products. Leading roles now center on interaction design for conversational interfaces, copilots, recommendations, automation, and agentic workflows — establishing trustworthy, transparent, accessible AI interaction patterns rather than static screens. AI also absorbs repetitive execution — wireframing, asset resizing, microcopy, research synthesis — freeing designers to focus on strategy, empathy, ethics, and critical judgment that algorithms can't replicate. The lead architects trust-building experiences for AI-driven capabilities and governs the system that scales them.
The value this person brings is a coherent, accessible, trustworthy design language across products — set by a leader who uses AI to move faster on execution and spends their judgment on strategy and the hard AI-interaction problems.
We are seeking a design leader who sets direction and lifts a team — someone fluent in research-through-launch, strong on design systems and accessibility, and already designing for AI-native interaction patterns. They use AI to clear repetitive execution and reinvest that time in strategy, ethics, and mentoring.
This profile partners across product, engineering, AI/ML, research, and (for AI products) security, privacy, and legal. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want owns the design bar for the portfolio.
A strong candidate for this role has led design across products — someone who has set UX strategy, governed a design system, shipped accessible experiences, mentored designers, and increasingly designed for AI-driven and agentic products. They bring the judgment to apply AI to execution while owning strategy and trust.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a design leader fluent in end-to-end UX, design systems, and accessibility who can set strategy and mentor a team, and who is already designing trustworthy AI-native interactions. The strongest candidates use AI tooling across design and handoff while owning the judgment calls.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
