We are looking for a manager to own daily operations of the Network Operations Center — accountable for SLA performance and the continuous improvement of monitoring, triage, and major-incident processes across LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud network environments;. The role runs 24×7 operations, manages shift rosters and on-call rotations, owns escalation and change-management workflows, and develops NOC capability through training and succession planning.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is NOC AIOps moving the center from passive alert monitoring to active, intelligent operations: it correlates related alerts into a single root cause, quantifies impact, and recommends a fix — cutting alert noise sharply and shortening resolution times. The manager's job is to run this alongside the human team — automating capacity planning, network availability, and monitoring workflows while keeping accountability for SLAs and major incidents.
The value this person brings is reliable network availability at scale, a well-run 24×7 team, and measurably faster, quieter operations as AIOps absorbs alert noise and correlation.
We are seeking an operations leader who can run a 24×7 NOC — someone comfortable owning SLAs, shift structures, and escalation under pressure, who runs disciplined major-incident and change processes, and who develops the team behind the screens. They see AIOps as the way to cut noise and speed resolution without losing operational control.
This profile partners across network / infrastructure engineering, security, service desk, and enterprise / customer stakeholders. It suits someone open to a hybrid or on-site engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want keeps the network up and the operation improving.
A strong candidate for this role has managed a NOC or network-operations team — someone who has owned 24×7 shift operations, SLA performance, escalation and change workflows, and major-incident coordination, and who has built team capability over time. They bring the judgment to introduce NOC AIOps without losing accountability for availability.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a NOC manager with strong network-operations grounding who can run a 24×7 shift operation and drive process maturity, and who uses AIOps to reduce alert noise and speed resolution. The strongest candidates understand availability KPIs and the operating discipline behind them.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
