Technology Operational Roles
We are looking for someone to run the front line of a technology operation — coordinating a team that keeps services running, handles incidents, and executes routine operational work reliably.
We are looking for someone to run the front line of a technology operation — coordinating a team that keeps services running, handles incidents, and executes routine operational work reliably. This role blends hands-on operational execution with team leadership, owning shift coverage, first-response quality, and adherence to process, and feeding improvement back to service management.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is operationalizing AIOps at the ground level. On-call teams are drowning: 77% receive at least ten alerts a day and fewer than 30% are actionable, so the front line's real job is increasingly to triage smartly and let automation absorb the noise. The generation of AIOps shipping in 2026 goes beyond alerting — it investigates an incident and takes a bounded remediation action without a human clicking approve on every step.
The value this person brings is dependable front-line operations — fast, consistent response and steady execution — made more efficient by AI-assisted tooling that frees the team for judgment-heavy work.
We are seeking a reliable, responsive front-line leader who stays calm under pressure and coordinates a team well. They are process-disciplined, continuous-improvement minded, and comfortable being the person who keeps a shift moving during a noisy day.
This is a senior IC / team-lead profile that partners across the ops team, support, engineering, and the service manager. It suits someone open to a hybrid or on-site engagement depending on shift coverage, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want communicates and escalates clearly.
A strong candidate for this role has led a front-line ops shift and owned first-response quality — someone who has kept process tight, escalated well, and improved runbooks so the same issue doesn't recur. They bring an openness to AI-assisted tooling for triage and routine automation.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a hands-on operations lead comfortable with monitoring and incident handling, disciplined about process, and open to AI tooling that removes repetitive work while keeping high-impact actions under human control.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
Areas to explore at interview *(topics only)*
Front-line operations leadership, incident first-response, team coordination, process/runbook adherence
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
