We are looking for someone to own an internal developer platform (IDP) as a product — the paved paths, golden paths, self-service capabilities, and operational guardrails that reduce cognitive load for product engineers while improving reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
We are looking for someone to own an internal developer platform (IDP) as a product — the paved paths, golden paths, self-service capabilities, and operational guardrails that reduce cognitive load for product engineers while improving reliability, security, and cost efficiency. The role treats the platform as a product and developers as customers, measured by adoption rather than output.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is extending the platform to expose AI safely. A well-built golden path takes a developer from "I need a new service" to "it's running in staging with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and security applied" without opening a ticket; the AI-era version of that job adds paved roads for coding agents and agent-based services with runtime controls for non-deterministic systems.
The value this person brings is measurably better developer productivity and reliability through a well-run internal platform, extended to govern AI-augmented development.
We are seeking a platform leader who applies product thinking to internal tooling and genuinely cares about developer experience — someone who diagnoses developer pain and friction and builds self-service flows and intuitive interfaces on top of golden paths. They balance governance with autonomy and prioritize clearly.
This is a senior-management profile that partners across platform engineers, product teams, DevOps, security, and architecture. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want measures DevEx and delivers.
A strong candidate for this role has run an internal platform as a product — someone who has shipped golden paths that got adopted and measurably improved developer experience. They bring an openness to enabling coding agents safely and treating adoption as the real success metric.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a platform leader with real engineering depth and product instincts, who measures DevEx and treats AI enablement as a governed platform capability — not a pile of tools.

Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:

These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
