We are looking for the senior authority on process design and optimization — someone who maps, analyzes, and re-engineers business and delivery processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance using disciplined methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). Operational excellence is in high demand: over 82% of Fortune 500 companies now actively employ Lean Six Sigma to combat operational cost and volatility.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is combining AI's computational power with Lean Six Sigma's disciplined framework: AI sifts petabytes of data, while the structured, human-centric method ensures insights actually lead to value. Improvement work increasingly depends on information-intensive activities — document handling, interpretation, reporting — that AI can accelerate, and modern practice designs, documents, and continuously improves processes by combining domain expertise with AI-enabled analytics to reduce waste and cycle time.
The value this person brings is measurably better processes: leaner, higher-quality, and increasingly automated with AI where it adds real value — with improvement that sticks.
We are seeking an analytical, measurement-driven process expert who facilitates change persuasively and sees end-to-end process rather than silos. They balance the rigor of a structured method with the pragmatism to know where AI genuinely helps.
This is a senior-expert profile that partners across process teams, business units, delivery, and automation. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement with process-workshop travel, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want proves improvement with data.
A strong candidate for this role has re-engineered processes and proven the improvement with metrics — someone who has applied Lean / Six Sigma / BPM, found root causes, and made improvements stick. They bring an openness to designing governed AI / agentic automation into processes.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a process expert with deep methodology and measurement discipline who facilitates change well, and who can spot where AI genuinely transforms a process versus where it just adds noise.
Core process
Process performance (KPIs from research)
Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
