We are looking for a manager to own a portfolio of business processes — their design, performance, governance, and continuous improvement — and lead the people who run and improve them.
We are looking for a manager to own a portfolio of business processes — their design, performance, governance, and continuous improvement — and lead the people who run and improve them. The role ensures systems, processes, and data flows are aligned to support business strategy, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable value, keeping processes documented, compliant, efficient, and measured.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is leading process automation — including AI-augmented and agentic workflows — as operational-excellence demand runs high, with over 82% of Fortune 500 firms using Lean Six Sigma to control cost and volatility. Modern process automation increasingly means intelligent systems that automate complex, multi-step business workflows, governed and measured.
The value this person brings is well-governed, continuously improving processes that deliver efficiency and compliance — increasingly automated with AI, and always measured.
We are seeking an organized, governance-minded manager who drives improvement with measurable outcomes, aligns processes and data flows to strategy, and communicates well with stakeholders. They balance compliance and efficiency.
This is a management profile that partners across process teams, business units, delivery, and automation. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want owns process outcomes.
A strong candidate for this role has owned a process portfolio and led improvement initiatives with tangible outcomes — someone who has kept processes compliant, efficient, and measured, and benchmarked performance and impact. They bring an openness to leading governed AI / agentic automation.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a process manager fluent in governance, BPM, and measurement who drives improvement with outcomes, and who can lead governed AI automation across a portfolio.
Core process management
Process performance (KPIs from research)
Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
