We are looking for a QA manager to own the quality function across teams — setting quality strategy and standards, managing QA leads and testers, owning the automation and tooling roadmap, and being accountable for quality outcomes at the organizational level.
We are looking for a QA manager to own the quality function across teams — setting quality strategy and standards, managing QA leads and testers, owning the automation and tooling roadmap, and being accountable for quality outcomes at the organizational level. This is a management role above the individual test team: it aligns quality with delivery, manages headcount and capability, and reports quality posture to leadership.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is leading an organization-wide AI-testing transformation. AI-native testing changes automation entirely — instead of programming every step, teams teach the system what the user is trying to accomplish, and it learns to validate the business flow and adapts as the application changes. The manager's mandate is to capture that value responsibly: AI QA in 2026 is less about replacing testers and more about eliminating the maintenance overhead that made automation ROI disappointing, while extending coverage to non-technical contributors. The underlying move is from deterministic automation to probabilistic, intent-driven testing that adapts to change.
The value this person brings is a mature, efficient quality organization — one where AI removes maintenance drag, coverage expands, and quality is measured and reported as a first-class delivery outcome.
We are seeking a quality leader who manages the function, not just a team — someone who sets standards across groups, owns the tooling roadmap, manages capability and headcount, and can lead an AI-testing transformation at scale. They frame AI QA as an ROI and coverage play, not a headcount cut.
This profile partners across engineering leadership, product, DevOps / release, and QA leads. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want makes quality a managed, measurable organizational capability.
A strong candidate for this role has managed a QA organization — someone who has set quality strategy across teams, managed QA leads, owned the automation/tooling roadmap, and reported quality outcomes to leadership. They bring the judgment to lead an AI-testing transformation that improves ROI and coverage.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a QA manager with organizational quality-leadership credibility who can set standards, manage a function, and lead an AI-testing transformation at scale. The strongest candidates measure quality as a delivery outcome and frame AI adoption around ROI and coverage.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
