We are looking for a senior business analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements — turning stakeholder needs into clear, testable specifications that delivery teams can build against, and recommending solutions that drive operational efficiency and growth. This is a senior individual contributor leading requirements work on significant initiatives, facilitating stakeholders, and ensuring solutions genuinely address business needs.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is the move from requirements *creator* to requirements *steward*: generative tools draft BRDs and user stories in seconds, so the BA spends more time validating AI drafts, precisely framing problems, and handling AI governance. The BA still owns the thinking, the ethics, and the outcome — using AI as a working partner rather than a replacement.
The value this person brings is clear, testable, business-aligned requirements that reduce delivery rework — increasingly AI-accelerated, but always human-owned for judgment and quality.
We are seeking a clear communicator and facilitator who writes structured, testable requirements, bridges business and technical, and owns the thinking and outcome even when AI drafts the first pass. They are detail-oriented and validation-minded.
This is a senior IC profile that partners across stakeholders, delivery, product, and QA. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want reduces delivery rework.
A strong candidate for this role has led requirements on significant initiatives and produced clear, testable specifications — someone who has facilitated stakeholders, validated that solutions fit, and begun stewarding AI-drafted analysis. They bring judgment and ownership, not just documentation.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a business analyst fluent in elicitation, modeling, and traceability who writes clear, testable requirements, and who uses AI as a working partner while owning quality and governance.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
