We are looking for a senior engineer to build and operate the internal platform services and paved paths that product teams rely on — reusable capabilities, self-service tooling, and reliable services that reduce cognitive load and speed delivery. The role is hands-on and senior: engineering platform components, owning their reliability, and improving developer experience by removing friction and bottlenecks.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is building platform capabilities that expose AI safely. A good paved path takes a developer from request to a running, monitored, secured service without a ticket; the AI-era version adds paved roads for coding agents and agent-based services with runtime controls for non-deterministic workloads.
The value this person brings is reliable, reusable platform services that make product teams faster, extended to enable governed AI usage.
We are seeking an engineer who builds for reuse and reliability and has empathy for the developers who use their work — someone who diagnoses friction and builds self-service flows and intuitive interfaces on top of golden paths. They document and support well and exercise pragmatic engineering judgment.
This is a senior IC profile that partners across the platform team, product engineers, DevOps, and SRE. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want makes other teams faster.
A strong candidate for this role has built and operated reusable platform services that got adopted — someone who has owned reliability and improved developer experience. They bring an openness to exposing AI capabilities safely.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a platform engineer fluent in service design, CI/CD, and cloud who builds reliable, reusable capabilities, and who is comfortable exposing AI as a governed platform service.

Platform performance (KPIs from research)
Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
