We are looking for a senior professional across process engineering, implementation and roll-out, change management, business-process management, and transition management — driving the design and successful adoption of new or improved processes and systems across the organization.
We are looking for a senior professional across process engineering, implementation and roll-out, change management, business-process management, and transition management — driving the design and successful adoption of new or improved processes and systems across the organization. The role owns end-to-end change: from process design through implementation, roll-out, and stabilization, ensuring adoption sticks and benefits are realized.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is leading AI-augmented process change with governance. Modern practice combines process engineering with AI-enabled analytics to reduce waste, improve throughput, and shorten cycle times, and pairs AI's computational power with the disciplined Lean Six Sigma framework so change actually delivers value and sticks.
The value this person brings is successful, sustained process and system change that delivers measurable benefit — increasingly involving AI-augmented workflows, with the organizational change managed as carefully as the technical one.
We are seeking someone who drives sustained change, not just launches — an empathetic, persuasive communicator with structured planning and a benefit/outcome focus. They see change through to adoption and stabilization.
This is a senior profile that partners across business units, delivery, process teams, training, and automation. It suits someone open to a hybrid engagement with on-site presence for roll-out / transition, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want makes change stick.
A strong candidate for this role has designed and rolled out process/system change and managed the transition — someone who has driven adoption, realized benefits, and stabilized the new state. They bring an openness to introducing governed agentic automation as part of the change.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see someone fluent in process engineering and change/transition management who drives adoption and realizes benefits, and who can introduce governed AI automation into workflows without breaking the discipline that makes change stick.

Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
