Technology Operational Roles
We are looking for a senior project leader to run complex projects and/or the Enterprise Project Management Office — owning delivery governance, portfolio standards, and the frameworks that keep projects predictable and consistently visible.
We are looking for a senior project leader to run complex projects and/or the Enterprise Project Management Office — owning delivery governance, portfolio standards, and the frameworks that keep projects predictable and consistently visible. At this level the role is accountable for owning outcomes end to end — not just managing tasks, plans, or timelines — driving results, managing risk upstream, and shaping decisions that maximize business impact.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is governing AI in delivery. Agentic systems already automate the mechanical PMO work — status reports, risk monitoring, approval chasing, and meeting notes — so the managers who thrive are the ones who govern agents intelligently, make their own decisions instead of hiding behind data, and speak the language of investment and strategy. Where the portfolio itself contains AI initiatives, the senior PM ensures they are governed, tracked, and reported with the same discipline applied to every other strategic program.
The value this person brings is predictable delivery at project and portfolio level: consistent methods, early risk visibility, and reliable outcomes — with AI used to sharpen status and risk signals while ownership of decisions stays human.
We are seeking a disciplined, structured project / PMO leader who keeps complex projects on track and drives methodology adoption without bureaucracy. They communicate clearly, escalate with good judgment, and are equally comfortable in a delivery stand-up and an investment conversation.
This is a senior profile that partners across project teams, PMO, sponsors, finance, and vendors. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want is detail-oriented with a proactive, upstream risk mindset.
A strong candidate for this role has led complex projects and shaped PMO practice — someone who has owned scope, schedule, budget, and risk, provided portfolio-level visibility, and answered for outcomes rather than activity. They bring an openness to AI-assisted governance while keeping ownership of decisions firmly human.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a project / PMO leader fluent in delivery methodology and portfolio governance who is using AI to sharpen status and risk visibility — without ceding decision-making. The strongest candidates govern agents rather than lean on them, and can defend a call in the language of business impact.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
Areas to explore at interview *(topics only)*
Complex project delivery, EPMO governance & standards, risk & assurance, budget & portfolio reporting
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
