We are looking for a senior specialist engineer for one or more specialized platforms — blockchain, low-code, ERP, CMS, special-purpose systems, or Informatica / data-integration.
We are looking for a senior specialist engineer for one or more specialized platforms — blockchain, low-code, ERP, CMS, special-purpose systems, or Informatica / data-integration. This person brings deep platform-specific expertise: building, integrating, and operating solutions on these platforms to a high standard, and acting as the go-to specialist for their technology.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is integrating AI where the platform supports it and verifying AI-assisted output rather than shipping it blind. Across specialized engineering, the senior role increasingly embeds foundation-model or agent capabilities into solutions and structures data for use by downstream AI workflows (OpenAI, 2026-san-francisco/)), while applying automation / AIOps to operate them reliably.
The value this person brings is deep specialist delivery on platforms that need dedicated expertise, increasingly enhanced with governed AI integration.
We are seeking a specialist with genuine depth and pride in craft who communicates platform constraints and possibilities clearly. They deliver reliably and are willing to bridge specialist and general engineering — including verifying any AI-assisted output on their platform.
This is a senior specialist IC profile that partners across engineering, product, data, and business / functional teams. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want is the authority on their platform.
A strong candidate for this role has built and operated solutions on their specialized platform to a high standard — someone who has integrated it with the broader landscape and ensured reliability. They bring an openness to embedding AI where the platform allows, with verification.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a specialist with real depth in their platform who integrates it cleanly and keeps it reliable, and who is open to adding AI where the platform genuinely supports it — with verification.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:

These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
