We are looking for a senior engineer to build the user-facing applications — web and/or mobile — owning UI architecture, performance, accessibility, and quality of the experiences users interact with.
We are looking for a senior engineer to build the user-facing applications — web and/or mobile — owning UI architecture, performance, accessibility, and quality of the experiences users interact with. In 2026, seniority here means judgment more than raw component speed: owning ambiguous UI work, verifying AI-assisted code, preventing regressions, and making product interfaces reliable, while enforcing accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA.
The defining shift for this seat is designing AI-native experiences. The role increasingly owns control-plane and telemetry surfaces for a world where agents do the work and humans need to understand what happened, recognize when to engage, and make high-quality judgments, building real-time streaming experiences with traceability back to source.
The value this person brings is high-quality, accessible, performant user experiences, increasingly designed for AI-augmented interaction and human oversight of agents.
We are seeking a user-focused, quality-driven engineer who collaborates well with Design and back-end, is accessibility-minded, and exercises senior judgment on ambiguous UI work and AI-assisted code. They mentor others and set front-end / mobile standards.
This is a senior IC profile that partners across engineering, product, design / UX, and QA. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want cares about the end-user experience.
A strong candidate for this role has built complex, performant, accessible UIs and led front-end / mobile decisions — someone who has driven testing, prevented regressions, and mentored others. They bring an openness to designing agent-driven experiences and verifying AI-assisted code.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a front-end / mobile engineer with real depth in modern frameworks who treats performance and accessibility as first-class, and who is thinking about UX for AI-augmented features and human oversight of agents.
Core front end / mobile
Engineering performance (KPIs from research)
Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:

These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
