We are looking for a senior systems analyst to translate business requirements into technical system specifications — analyzing how existing systems work, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, gathering and documenting detailed requirements, and working with development teams to ensure new or modified systems meet real business needs. This is a senior individual contributor serving as the link between stakeholders who know what they need and technical teams who build it.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is that AI automates the lower-skill work — documentation and requirements drafting — moving the role toward higher-judgment tasks like stakeholder negotiation and design decisions. Understanding how systems actually work and designing solutions that fit the organizational context requires judgment that documentation generation cannot provide.
The value this person brings is precise, feasible system specifications that reduce delivery risk — carrying meaning accurately between business and engineering, increasingly AI-accelerated.
We are seeking a precise, structured technical thinker who bridges business and engineering, writes clear specifications, thinks about feasibility early, and applies judgment where AI cannot. They translate business reality into buildable systems and back again.
This is a senior IC profile that partners across engineering, BA, architecture, and business. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want reduces delivery risk.
A strong candidate for this role has produced accurate, feasible technical specifications and analyzed integrations — someone who has analyzed existing systems, found gaps, and flagged risks early. They bring an openness to AI-accelerated documentation with owned accuracy.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a systems analyst fluent in specification, data-flow, and integration modeling who keeps designs feasible, and who uses AI to accelerate documentation while owning accuracy.

Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
