We are looking for a senior UI/UX designer to own initiatives end-to-end — from research through launch — creating journeys, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design-system patterns, and running usability testing and post-launch optimization.
We are looking for a senior UI/UX designer to own initiatives end-to-end — from research through launch — creating journeys, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design-system patterns, and running usability testing and post-launch optimization. This is a senior individual contributor who combines research, interaction design, accessibility, prototyping, and testing with close collaboration across product and engineering.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is AI-native product design. Senior designers now create end-to-end experiences for AI-powered products — including edge and error states — and establish transparency, user control, accessibility, and responsible-AI practices in collaboration with AI/ML, security, privacy, and legal. At the same time, AI automates repetitive execution — wireframing, resizing, microcopy, research synthesis — shifting the designer's value toward strategy, empathy, ethics, and judgment. AI tooling is used throughout design and engineering handoff, including exported design tokens and artifacts.
The value this person brings is intuitive, accessible, trustworthy experiences shipped end-to-end — using AI to move faster on execution and spending judgment on strategy and responsible AI-interaction design.
We are seeking a senior designer who owns work from research to launch — strong on interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and design systems, and already designing trustworthy AI-powered experiences. They use AI to clear repetitive execution and focus on strategy, empathy, and ethics.
This profile partners across product, engineering, AI/ML, research, and (for AI products) security, privacy, and legal. It suits someone open to a hybrid or remote-first engagement, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want ships high-quality, accessible experiences independently.
A strong candidate for this role has owned design initiatives end-to-end — someone who has run research, built prototypes and high-fidelity designs, contributed to design systems, and shipped accessible experiences, increasingly for AI products. They bring an openness to AI-accelerated execution while owning strategy and trust.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a senior designer fluent in end-to-end UX, design systems, and accessibility who ships independently and designs trustworthy AI experiences. The strongest candidates use AI tooling across design and handoff while owning the judgment calls.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
