Executive Administration
We are looking for a leader to own the technical solutioning function — the bridge between customer / business needs and deliverable technical designs.
We are looking for a leader to own the technical solutioning function — the bridge between customer / business needs and deliverable technical designs. This is a senior-management / head role that leads a team of solutions engineers and architects, governs solution quality and feasibility, and ensures proposed designs are viable, cost-effective, and aligned to delivery capacity. The core of the craft is partnering with sellers and delivery teams to uncover the customer's real problem, shape the technical strategy, and pressure-test feasibility and cost-to-serve early — before commitments are made. It combines pre-sales / solutioning leadership with delivery accountability, balancing innovation, feasibility, and business impact across complex pursuits.
The defining shift for this seat in 2026 is framing where agentic AI and foundation-model capabilities create genuine value versus hype. The role increasingly translates business vision into agent-enabled experience models and implementation-ready architecture patterns that deliver measurable value while preserving brand control and protecting customer data. It also demands commercial realism: AI is compressing time-and-materials pyramids, and solutioning leaders who cannot price against that compression are exposed.
The value this person brings is high-quality, feasible technical solutions that win and deliver work profitably, with AI applied where it materially helps — designs that survive the handoff into delivery rather than unravelling once the contract is signed.
We are seeking a technical solutioning leader who can turn ambiguous business needs into feasible, costed designs — and lead a team that does the same. They are credible in front of clients, grounded in delivery reality, and comfortable operating across the full presales lifecycle from discovery and technical qualification through solution design, proposal, proof-of-concept, and executive presentation. They serve as a strategic advisor as much as a designer, helping clients realize measurable outcomes through modern capabilities.
This is a senior-management profile that partners across solutions engineers/architects, sales, delivery, product, and customers. It suits someone open to a hybrid engagement with client-facing travel, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want is commercially aware yet technically honest — willing to say a design is infeasible before it becomes a delivery problem.
A strong candidate for this role has led solutioning across opportunities and owned the quality and feasibility of what was proposed — someone who has caught infeasible designs early, priced accurately, and ensured clean handover into delivery. They have advised clients on when AI genuinely fits versus when a simpler approach wins, and they bring judgment about where autonomous agents add real value.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see a leader with solution-architecture depth who can estimate, judge feasibility, and communicate trade-offs to clients. They should be able to separate real AI value from hype and design solutions that are actually operable in production. The strongest candidates manage the full "agent stack" — foundation models, data sources, and the tools and APIs agents use — and ensure agents are optimized to work together and aligned to business goals.

This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Executive Search stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
Areas to explore at interview *(topics only)*
Technical solutioning leadership, solution governance & feasibility, estimation & cost ownership, team leadership
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
