We are looking for a technical lead to bridge customer/business requirements and engineering delivery — leading the technical design of solutions, guiding a small team of engineers, and ensuring what's built is feasible, integrable, and fit for purpose. The role is hands-on technically while owning solution coherence across the delivery, increasingly working embedded with client teams to make complex platforms work in real, messy environments and owning outcomes: time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability.
The defining shift for this seat is framing where AI genuinely belongs in a solution. Modern solutioning includes designing the agents themselves — orchestration, tool integration, and the evaluation discipline that determines whether they are trustworthy enough to ship — and ensuring those solutions are operable and observable in production.
The value this person brings is coherent, feasible technical solutions delivered well, with AI applied pragmatically where it helps and evaluated before it ships.
We are seeking someone who bridges business and engineering fluently and makes pragmatic, delivery-focused technical calls. They communicate clearly with stakeholders, lead small teams by example, and own outcomes rather than hand off designs.
This is a senior / lead profile that partners across engineers, solutions, product, delivery, and customers. It suits someone open to a hybrid engagement with some client-facing work, and to mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or North America depending on the client. The person we want keeps solutions coherent end to end.
A strong candidate for this role has led the technical design of solutions and guided a small team to deliver them — someone who has owned integration and non-functional concerns and kept designs feasible. They bring judgment about where AI genuinely adds value and the evaluation discipline to prove it.
In practice, the responsibilities break down as follows:
We want to see an engineer-leader with solution and system-design depth who codes credibly and keeps integrations sound, and who can judge where AI belongs in a solution and prove it with evaluation.

Delivery performance (KPIs from research)
Modern Agentic AI / AIOps (niche areas we are seeking — depth explored at interview)
These niche AI areas are seeds we are looking for; depth will be explored during the interview process.
This role is delivered through Solutions Chapter Group's Human Resources chapter (Chapter 12) as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement, under our Technical Recruitment stream. Rather than a "post-and-pray" marketplace approach, we use a Curated Professional Recruitment model: candidate profiles are pre-vetted in our internal database, and when a required profile isn't already available, our dedicated Scout network conducts global headhunting to secure it. We screen and match candidates against each client's specific requirements, and placements may be remote or an on-site deployment with mobilization to the Middle East, Europe, or the United States.
From a recruitment-fit perspective, we screen for:
